Laser Cutting

Maybe the most mesmerising pieces of equipment we own!

We own three C02 lasers, perfect for cutting and engraving a variety of lightweight materials like bamboo, MDF, acrylic and card.

We also own a flatbed fibre laser, this machine uses nitrogen and oxygen gas to cut through sheet metal. We tend to process a lot of stainless steel, brass and copper. This machine is capable of cutting through 6mm mild steel with high accuracy and clean edges.

The possibilities of what we can make from these machines are endless! If you have any ideas please get in contact and we can advise. They are perfect for bespoke medals, signs and making unique blanks for printing on our other machines.

Here is a one minute video of our fibre laser in action. It uses a combination of high pressure nitrogen and oxygen to cut through sheet metal. Here it is using nitrogen to cut through 304 stainless steel, which is only 2 mm thick. This machine is able to cut up to 6mm mild steel with incredible accuracy. DELIVERY + LEAD TIMES

Please include your business location when making an enquiry. We have daily courier collections. Lead times purely depend on the size and complexity of your job.

We have a Royal Mail, DPD and UKMail collection daily.

Feel free to pop round and collect the work yourself. We have a large secure car park and will be happy to show you around our workshop.
