Shipping & Taxes Policy – Southeast Signage
At Southeast Signage, we design and manufacture bespoke stickers and signage, often made-to-order for our customers. Please read the following carefully before placing an order, especially if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Shipping Outside of the UK & Import Taxes
Since Brexit, all orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, local VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country.

No UK VAT: Southeast Signage is not VAT registered. The prices shown on our website are final – there is no VAT to add or remove at checkout.

Import Duties & Fees: If you are ordering from Europe or any other country outside the UK, your local courier or customs authority will apply additional charges before your order can be delivered.

These charges vary by country. Typically, for EU customers, this may be around 20–25% of your order value, but you should check with your local customs authority for accurate costs.
We have no control over these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Your parcel will not be delivered until these charges are paid directly to the courier.
Refusing Delivery Due to Import Costs
If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us. However, please note:

We will be charged return shipping, customs re-entry fees, and administrative costs.

Any refund will be processed minus these costs once the goods are safely back with us.

The exact refund amount cannot be confirmed until we have received the parcel and paid the associated fees.
For this reason, we strongly recommend checking your country’s import rules and fees before placing your order.
Delivery to Mainland UK
Standard delivery within mainland UK is available, with additional charges applying to certain destinations, including:

If you require next-day services or are ordering larger items, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Damages in Transit

Please inspect your parcel carefully on delivery.

If goods appear damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery and ask that they are returned to us.

If signing for the parcel, please sign as “Damaged” or “Unchecked” if you cannot fully check the contents at the time.

Failure to sign correctly may affect any claim, and we cannot accept liability for items not marked as damaged at the time of delivery.
Right to Refuse Orders
South East Signage reserves the right to refuse any order. In exceptional circumstances, we may also need to contact you if shipping to your destination incurs unexpected or additional costs.
